Are you a senior nursing student, recent nursing graduate, or new registered nurse looking to launch your career in Labor & Delivery? Apply today for the Labor & Delivery Nurse Residency Program at ChristianaCare, beginning July 19, 2027.

ChristianaCare's Nurse Residency Program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs, providing a structured and supportive transition from nursing student to professional RN.
