• 大專以上學歷，銀行保險相關科系畢
• 具保險客服管理3-5年經驗以上
• 具良好的溝通及協調能力、抗壓性高
• 熟操作相關客服CRM 系統與MS office辦公軟體(Outlook, Excel, Word)
• 具保險證照
