Purpose of the Role
The Candidate will lead Chubb's Leisure Travel Insurance business, a strategic growth portfolio identified for significant investment and expansion. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and delivering business targets across multiple distribution channels. The Candidate will own full P&L accountability for the portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance, while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to strengthen Chubb's market position and accelerate growth.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the growth strategy for Chubb's Leisure Travel Insurance portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Own full P&L accountability, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and portfolio performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and distribution channels to expand market reach and accelerate growth.
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key partners, distributors and stakeholders to maximise commercial outcomes.
Lead product and proposition development to deliver customer-centric and market-leading travel insurance solutions.
Drive digital and customer-focused initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and experience.
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation.
Partner with internal stakeholders across underwriting, operations, marketing, technology and claims to successfully execute business strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
10-15 years of experience in Travel Insurance, Insurance, Financial Services or related industries, with a proven track record of leading business growth, distribution partnerships and commercial performance.
Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic partnerships and commercial outcomes.
Experience managing P&L and delivering revenue, profitability and business performance targets.
Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Experience in the travel and/or travel insurance industry, with an established industry network preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
