The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially-driven marketing leader to serve as the right hand to the Head of Marketing & Communications. This is a senior position that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You will lead brand-driven initiatives across our key lines of business, building Chubb’s presence across Thailand through creative, high-impact marketing activities.

This role requires a unique blend of consumer marketing expertise, brand know-how and the professional gravitas to influence senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with business and distribution leaders to understand priorities, translate technical insurance needs into practical marketing plans, and focus activity on the work that delivers the strongest business value.

Brand & Distribution Marketing: Build brand awareness across Thailand. Develop tools. materials and campaigns that empower our third-party partners (agents, banks, brokers) to promote Chubb products effectively.

Campaign & Content Excellence: Oversee end-to-end multi-channel campaigns -from brief to measurement - ensuring all content is locally relevant, brand-compliant, and results-oriented.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of three, setting clear standards for accountability and building their capability for future growth.

Commercial Stewardship: Manage competing priorities and budgets, ensuring every activity delivers clear business value and supports growth in Personal Lines, Accident & Health and P&C

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Experienced Marketer: Significant experience in consumer marketing, branding, and digital campaign delivery in Thailand.
• Distribution Savvy: Proven track record of marketing through third-party channels like agents and banks.
• Resilient Leader: You possess the maturity and gravitas to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and provide constructive challenge when needed.
• Resourceful: A creative thinker who can deliver results and build brand equity on lean budgets.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in insurance or financial services is strongly preferred.
