Summer Placement (Bermuda) - Finance Intern

Chubb Bermuda Insurance Ltd. invites applications for the position of Finance-Intern (Bermuda).  This position would support the Finance Department in Bermuda with insurance accounting related duties and projects.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Undertaking insurance accounting-related projects, as required
• Data comparison and summary for critical internal/external deliverables
• Setting up and preparing analysis tools to investigate key insurance metrics for reporting
• Performing administrative tasks as required
• Assisting in roll forward of annual financial statements and other reporting documents
• Assisting in process re-engineering, including streamlining and automation of Excel workbooks
• Managing and communicating key deliverables with Management across different teams 

Qualifications

• An interest in pursuing a career in Finance/Accounting and current full-time enrollment in an accredited university
• Completed at least one year of university at an undergraduate level
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (May 2028 graduate preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA to qualify)  
• Bermudian citizenship or Bermudian status
