About the Role
Lead and execute marketing strategies to optimize broker channel performance. Identify new channels, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement broker channel marketing strategies / 制定並執行通路行銷策略
• Conduct market research to identify new channels and partnerships / 市場研究，尋找新通路與合作夥伴
• Manage licensing agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships / 管理授權協議、合資及策略夥伴
• Design and execute marketing programs with external partners / 與外部夥伴合作設計與執行行銷專案
• Track performance and optimize strategies with data-driven insights / 追蹤績效並以數據分析提出優化建議

• 7+ years in channel marketing or business development / 7年以上通路行銷或業務開發經驗
• Proven success in marketing strategy & partnerships / 具行銷策略及合作計畫成功經驗
• Experience with licensing agreements, joint ventures or strategic partnerships is a plus / 具授權協議、合資或策略夥伴管理經驗尤佳
