Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance engineering
- Strong working knowledge of facilities systems, including STP operations, ATS/LVSG and generator systems, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Familiar with power shutdown processes, energy management, and efficiency practices
- Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance requirements, including PCO-related standards (LLDA, DENR) and permits processing
- With background in workplace safety practices and Safety Officer functions
- Experienced in facilities operations and project management
- Multi-skilled with strong communication and coordination abilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure reliable operation of electrical, MEPFS, STP, and building systems
- Monitor and resolve technical issues and FMS tickets in a timely manner
- Conduct regular system inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and performance validation
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for ongoing works and improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DOE, DENR, LLDA, LGU) and safety standards
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare and submit technical reports, audits, and compliance documentation
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Support facility upgrades, maintenance planning, and emergency preparedness activities
