POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Director of Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering serves as Ciel Senior Living’s senior-most executive overseeing all physical plant operations, engineering systems, preventative maintenance, capital projects, asset protection, and environmental safety across the enterprise portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive facilities strategy that ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and an elevated resident experience.
This executive provides strategic leadership to Regional Facilities Directors, community maintenance leaders, and external partners, ensuring consistent engineering standards, optimized building performance, and alignment with Ciel’s culture, values, and organizational priorities.
