• Conduct outbound calls to prospective merchants, partners, and stakeholders.
  
• Introduce CIM Finance's products, services, and partnership opportunities.
  
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for the Partnerships & Alliances team.
  
• Follow up with stakeholders and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  
• Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support for partnership activities.
  
• Support campaigns, events, roadshows, and other business initiatives.
  
• Deliver a professional and positive experience in all stakeholder interactions.

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, or a related field.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  
• Proficient in email communication and basic business correspondence.
  
• A valid driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
