Conduct industry, financial, credit, commercial, and market analysis to support transaction execution and business development activities.
Assist in structuring transactions and developing innovative debt, structured finance, and equity-linked funding solutions for both domestic and cross-border deals.
Support the preparation and review of client pitches, proposals, and pricing analyses.
Assist in ensuring the timely and successful execution of mandated transactions.
Participate in due diligence exercises, preparation of term sheets, review of planning memoranda, information memoranda, and transaction documentation, as well as regulatory submissions and transaction completions.
Participate in investor roadshows, assist in sell-down activities, and help maintain strong investor relationships.
Provide support for regional Debt Capital Markets (DCM) product coverage initiatives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Possession of a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) would be a strong advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
