Support the development and execution of tokenisation initiatives and related digital asset capabilities.
Evaluate the business, balance sheet, liquidity, and operational implications of proposed structures.
Collaborate across business, technology, operations, legal, risk, and compliance teams to translate requirements into implementable solutions.
Contribute to the design and implementation of:
Product and operational workflows
Platform and infrastructure capabilities
Governance and control frameworks
Support the integration of relevant banking systems, processes, and operational requirements.
Assist in the preparation of business cases, use case materials, and stakeholder presentations.
Coordinate with ecosystem participants and internal stakeholders on implementation and operating model considerations.
Evaluate the regulatory, operational, and technology implications of tokenisation initiatives.
Participate in the testing, implementation, and continuous enhancement of solutions and processes.
Stay abreast of developments in tokenisation, digital assets, and DLT-related market infrastructure, and contribute to the development of future tokenised products and market infrastructure capabilities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Law, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in financial markets, risk management, or digital assets (e.g., CFA, FRM, or blockchain-related certifications) are advantageous.
6–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Treasury & Markets
Transaction Banking
Technology or Digital Transformation
Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory functions
Front-office, product structuring, or business execution experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of:
Financial products and transaction flows
Balance sheet and accounting considerations
Liquidity and settlement processes
Experience working on cross-functional initiatives within financial institutions.
Exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, payments, or DLT-related initiatives is an advantage.
