Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Proactively engage with Chinese corporates to identify business opportunities and position CIMB as their preferred financial partner.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagements, including meetings, networking events, and roadshows.
Solution Delivery & Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product partners to develop and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet clients' needs and business objectives.
External Stakeholder Liaison
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies, and financial institutions, to facilitate client onboarding and support business development initiatives.
Marketing & Pitch Preparation
- Prepare client pitch materials, presentation decks, proposals, and roadshow content to effectively showcase CIMB's products, services, and value proposition.
Lead Management & Execution Support
- Track and follow up on business leads, working closely with product teams throughout the solutioning and execution process to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client requirements.
Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Stay abreast of Chinese investment trends in Malaysia and across ASEAN to identify opportunities and support strategic business development efforts.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or Treasury.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
