How you'll make an impact:

As an Integration Analyst, you own, lead and deliver EDI and 3PL integrations between Cin7 customers and external trading partners. You provide technical support to the Cin7 client base, resolving technical issues and determining the client’s service and support needs.

What you'll do:

Ownership & Time Management

Accelerates connection lifecycles toward successful completion through expert troubleshooting and debugging. Proactively manages dependencies for all assigned tasks while participating in requirement analysis and necessary exploratory research. Demonstrates the capability to isolate technical discrepancies to identify fundamental root causes.

Assumes full accountability for delivering small to medium-complexity projects, adapting functional strategies independently or within a team to secure optimal results.

Technical & Product knowledge

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of EDI architecture and proficiency in the requisite tooling for connection development. Skilled in executing testing protocols to diagnose reproducible defects and propose technical resolutions. Confidently manages compliance validation across diverse retail and trading partner landscapes. Enhances collective team expertise through domain knowledge sharing, supported by a firm grasp of EDI, 3PL, and API integration workflows and bug remediation.

Customer Engagement & Escalations

Maintains proactive, solution-oriented dialogue with clients, ensuring expectations are managed with transparency. Coordinates with leadership to influence outcomes when necessary and provides clear communication regarding functional limitations and feasible paths for issue resolution.

Drives Results

Reliably achieves established monthly and quarterly performance metrics, pursuing ambitious stretch targets to consistently surpass client expectations.

Team Work

Operates with high autonomy, selecting workstreams that align with organizational objectives. Actively participates in collaborative forums to exchange ideas and contributes to the maintenance of critical team documentation.

Continuous Improvement

Evaluates the broader implications of design choices and proposes enhanced alternatives. Cultivates a growth mindset while playing a central role in refining team methodologies and operational practices to increase scalability and efficiency.

What you'll bring:

Tertiary education with a relevant degree

3+ years in a client-facing role, strong understanding of relevant technologies and platforms (supply chain, inventory management, EDI/3PL) and sufficient technical knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, and web-based applications.

Strong technical problem solving skills and complex understanding of customer pain points

Deep domain knowledge

Excellent customer service skills with consistent follow-up and the ability to handle customer requests and issues independently. Seeks feedback to improve service delivery.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple connections or projects simultaneously, especially for medium- to large-sized customers.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with strong feedback and reviews.

Change Management skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of EDI/3PL connections.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage and realign escalated connections.

Demonstrated ownership skills
