Qualifications:

5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred 2 years of sales experience preferred High school diploma or higher education Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections Have strong customer service skills Excellent leadership skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic focused on the Service business and personal growth Work with all departments to include Service and deliver a great customer experience
