Qualifications:
Consistent record of service and sales success Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Schedules express service appointments.
- Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Checks on progress of repair throughout the day.
- Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
