    Job description

    - Customer Intelligence & Adoption Analyst

    Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is relentlessly curious and gets excited by finding smarter ways to solve problems.

You enjoy figuring things out. You love asking questions, digging into data, connecting dots, and uncovering insights that others miss. You are energized by AI, automation, and market research.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants more than a narrowly defined job. You'll work alongside a cognitively diverse team of product managers and adoption specialists to help answer some of our most important questions:

    ●      Which customers are most likely to realize value from Cisco Spaces?

    • Who are the right stakeholders to engage within an organization?

    • How can AI, automation, and analytics help us scale customer adoption?

    ●      What insights should influence our product and adoption strategy?

We're not looking for someone to maintain spreadsheets or manually research contacts all day. We're looking for someone who can combine market research, customer intelligence, analytics, AI, and business thinking to help solve interesting growth challenges at scale.

If you’re naturally curious and want a front-row seat to how product-led growth works inside one of Cisco's fastest-growing product lines, we'd love to hear from you.

    • Develop a deep understanding of customer personas (from both IT and business teams), buying centers, industry use cases, and adoption patterns across key segments.
    • Partner with Product Marketing team to continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), persona frameworks, and targeting strategies based on customer behaviour, product usage, and business outcomes.
    • Support the PLG-Lifecycle team to drive targeted customer engagement and adoption programs.

    • AI, Automation & Scale
    • Leverage AI, automation, and modern data tools to improve research, segmentation, and targeting.

    • Design scalable workflows that reduce manual effort and enable the team to operate with speed and efficiency.
    • Continuously challenge existing processes & experiment with emerging technologies and new ways of working to improve customer intelligence and adoption outcomes.

    • Analytics & Insights

    • Analyze customer and product data to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and barriers to adoption.
    • Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence product adoption.
    • Work with the Product Ops and Business Intelligence team to ensure accurate collection of data and troubleshoot any data abnormalities.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    ●      Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.

    • 1-4 years of experience in automation, analytics, market research, or customer intelligence.
    • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech..
    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL for data exploration and analysis.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
    • Experience using AI tools to improve research, analysis, automation, or productivity.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Pendo, Hubspot, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of statistics, experimentation, segmentation, or customer analytics.
    • Experience with Python, data automation, or workflow automation tools.
    • Demonstrated curiosity through side projects, certifications, open-source contributions, or experimentation with emerging technologies.
