You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to navigate dynamic business requirements, transforming complex data into actionable insights that support informed, strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will support competitive benchmarking projects to inform our broader pricing strategy. By developing and refining repeatable processes, you will directly contribute to the operational excellence and scalability of our pricing team.

    • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify operational obstacles and follow through on tasks to deliver reliable outcomes.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in constructive debate to resolve challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in translating complex business problems into structured project plans.
    • Proven ability to synthesize data-backed insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
    • Experience in process re-engineering or building repeatable playbooks to drive operational scalability.
    • Experience with Cisco internal pricing and quoting tools (e.g., CCW) or comparable enterprise-level pricing/quoting platforms.
    • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and generating actionable business insights.
