Your Impact

As a Solutions Engineer you will orchestrate involvement of all technical activities and resources, holding accountabilities for all opportunities within assigned account(s) and provide architectural perspective across the Cisco product portfolio, including software and services.

• Technical sales professional serving as a Technology/Product/Solution consultant.

• Technical orchestrator for an array of Cisco resources, primary responsibility for ensuring successful completion of each pitstop from a technical perspective in the lifecycle selling motion.

• Provides technical information and design/implementation guidance in concert with Cisco Architecture Seller team(s).

• Collaborates with the Account Manager on the customer account plan(s), jointly ensuring customer success.

• Work with internal teams to orchestrate right solutions against customer requirements with competitive positioning

• Educate customer on Cisco differentiation and establish technical leadership of Cisco as a brand.

• Field role that serves as a Technology expert across solutions preferably within a multi-domain architecture approach.

• Build relationship with Engineering Teams, field teams, architecture team, Business Units (BUs), Partners and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related engineering/technical sales experience, or an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) with related experience.

• Deep proficiency across Cisco’s multi-domain portfolio, including SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN, Cloud, Unified Communications (UC), and Security, to provide comprehensive architectural perspectives.

• Proven experience serving as a technology consultant, handling the configuration, technical validation, and end-to-end orchestration of complex telecom and ICT solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage all technical activities, resources, and evaluation milestones within a structured, value-driven sales lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of major cloud computing platforms, with specific expertise in Cisco’s cloud portfolio to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective multi-domain solutions.

• Ability to build highly tailored technical architectures that counter competitive technologies and clearly demonstrate Cisco’s brand differentiation to clients.

• Hands-on experience using network automation and orchestration tools to optimize deployment, management, and operational efficiency across network and collaboration solutions.

• Strong track record of building technical relationships across diverse teams, including Engineering, Account Management, Business Units (BUs), and external Partners.
