Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available production infrastructure.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads across development, staging, and production environments.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent technologies.
- Design and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate application build, testing, deployment, rollback, and release processes.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment workflows where appropriate.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing infrastructure.
- Define and monitor system health using metrics, SLIs, SLOs, and appropriate alerting strategies.
- Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement infrastructure security controls and secure configuration standards.
- Manage secrets, credentials, certificates, and infrastructure access.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business-continuity strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues involving applications, containers, networks, databases, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes.
- Participate in production incident response and post-incident reviews.
- Perform capacity planning and infrastructure performance analysis.
- Work closely with developers to improve deployment and development workflows.
- Conduct infrastructure and configuration reviews.
- Mentor engineers and help establish DevOps/SRE best practices.
What you'll do
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, automate, and operate secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure for our production systems. You will work closely with Backend, Blockchain, Security, and QA engineers to improve infrastructure reliability, deployment automation, observability, security, and developer productivity. Our systems may support FinTech, payments, cryptocurrency, blockchain, wallet, and other security-critical services, so reliability and security are fundamental requirements of this role. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and production incident management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider:
- AWS, GCP, Azure
- Strong experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code technologies.
- Experience designing and maintaining production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux system administration skills.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, load balancing, proxies, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and observability systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with centralized logging platforms such as ELK/OpenSearch, Loki, Splunk, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience scripting and automating operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure security.
- Experience operating highly available production systems.
- Strong production troubleshooting and incident-response skills.

- Experience operating large-scale Kubernetes clusters.

- Experience with multi-region architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis operations.
