What you will do?
Every day as a Field Care Supervisor is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing.
You will:
- Supervise care teams to support people staying independent in their own homes
- Ensure personal care is delivered with dignity and respect
- Promote companionship and reassurance through team guidance
- Oversee assistance with medication, mobility, and mealtimes
- Lead and mentor a trusted, close-knit, local team

Experience in care? Brilliant. New to supervision but already have solid care experience? That’s great too. What matters most is your passion for high-quality care and your ability to lead and support others with heart.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Naturally caring, compassionate and committed to person-centred support
- Strong leaders who inspire and motivate care teams
- Reliable, organised and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced field-based role
- Confident in overseeing care delivery, conducting assessments, spot checks and reviews
- Eager to develop others through mentoring, training and hands-on support (with our full training and ongoing development)
- Experienced in care (ideally with supervisory exposure or ready to step up), with a good understanding of care standards, safeguarding and regulations
