The Senior Recreation Specialist, Fitness provides hands-on leadership and operational support across Champions Club’s Fitness & Performance areas. This role combines an active presence on the fitness floor with staff leadership, program support, and operational oversight to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience. By providing consistent direction to staff, responding to operational needs, and supporting key fitness programs and initiatives, this position helps keep the Fitness & Performance area running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for Champions Club members and guests. The position also serves as a backup Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, providing facility-wide leadership and oversight to maintain management coverage, address operational needs, and ensure Champions Club operations run safely and smoothly.
