Unarmed Security Officer - Industrial
Pay: $15/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77095 (Cypress Area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Morning, 40 hours/week
- Monday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Tuesday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Wednesday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Thursday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
- Friday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Unarmed Front Desk Security Officer to provide security services within an industrial environment. In this role, you will conduct foot patrols, monitor the lobby, exterior activity and maintain a visible security presence. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable interacting with employees, visitors and contractors while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot patrols of the main building.
- Monitor visitor traffic entering the property.
- Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Conduct perimeter checks of parking areas, and common spaces
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
Requirements:- Active Level II Security License or the ability to obtain one.
- Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
