You will:
- Support the implementation and coordination of EU-funded client projects;
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, payment requests, and other materials required during project implementation;
- Help monitor project activities, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that key requirements are followed;
- Support the preparation and review of documents related to EU funding requirements and project compliance;
- Assist with procurement-related documentation and processes where applicable;
- Communicate with clients, project partners, and funding agencies under the guidance of senior team members;
- Maintain clear and well-organized project documentation;
- Conduct research and analysis related to EU funding programmes, project requirements, and relevant regulations;
- Support the team in identifying potential issues, following up on action points, and keeping projects on track;
- Gradually take ownership of selected project tasks and develop towards independently coordinating parts of EU-funded projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance or related field (finished Master's would be taken as an advantage);
- 1–2 years of professional working experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, finance, or EU-funded projects;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work with clients and different stakeholders;
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn approach;
- Native-level Lithuanian and good professional English.
Nice to have:
- Previous exposure to EU-funded projects, public sector, consulting, project management, or grant funding.
