We are seeking a clever, proactive, and highly organised Project Assistant to support Iurii-Volodymyr Blavt, Partner working in the Startup & Innovations Ecosystem. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Support the business development activities: draft follow-ups, arrange meetings, and prepare presentations, one-pagers, and concept materials;
- Assist with project initiation and implementation: schedule interviews and meetings with ecosystem stakeholders, manage outreach, coordinate logistics etc;
- Contribute to ecosystem research activities (e.g., interviews, focus groups, mentor or investor outreach) by leveraging and managing existing partners’ network;
- Maintain professional and clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups;
- Contribute to communication and personal professional brand-visibility initiatives, including preparation of social media content and engagement with key ecosystem players.
Requirements:
- You're a student or recent graduate of a top-tier university with a strong academic record;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to grasp complex topics quickly;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask;
- Interest in innovation, startups, technology, or the consulting sphere;
- Preferred location: Kyiv, Lviv.

The final monthly salary for this position depends on your previous experience and assessment during the interview process.
For the Project Assistant position in Ukraine, the hourly salary is up to 6.25 EUR CTC (cost to company, before tax deduction).
