You will:
- Apply your knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and analyze current processes
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations that align with digital transformation goals
- Have a clear understanding of how system architectures impact business processes and transformations
- Play a pivotal role in developing compelling business cases , this involves detailed analysis, forecasting, and presenting financial and strategic benefits to stakeholders
- Research market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and propose strategies that leverage digital technologies to achieve business goals
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of digital transformations and addressing any concerns or objections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital transformation, process mapping, and business strategy
- Expertise in identifying, mapping and optimizing processes (familiarity with BPMN is a must)
- Ability to understand system architectures and their impact on business operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (oral and written)
- Strong skills in developing business cases and strategic planning
