Warehouse Customer Service Rep - Night Shift D (Rotating Schedule) 7pm - 7am

At CJ Logistics, our Customer Service Representatives keep things moving! You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you!

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour base pay + $1.50 per hour shift differential
• Schedule:
  • Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat; 7pm - 7am 
  • Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs, Fri; 7pm - 7am
• This is a 24/7, 365 operation, with some holidays required to be worked. While most responsibilities will take place during standard business hours, adaptability is key.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations. 
• Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track. 
• Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter! 
• Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly. 
• Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work! 

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
