Traveling Role (Based out of Lincoln, NE)
CL Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on concrete construction projects throughout Nebraska and surrounding states.

About the Role
As a Concrete Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for concrete construction projects. You’ll work closely with foremen, project managers, and clients to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and with top-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors
- Plan and coordinate all phases of concrete work (layout, forming, placing, finishing)
- Manage project schedules, manpower, and equipment
- Perform layout with Total Station and verify grades/elevations
- Conduct daily huddles and safety meetings
- Review timecards and project documentation for accuracy
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and inspectors
- Enforce safety and quality standards across all job sites
Qualifications
- 5+ years of concrete construction experience
- 2+ years of leadership or superintendent experience
- Strong knowledge of flatwork, walls, and foundations
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using layout tools (Total Station)
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Preferred: Degree in Construction Management or related field
