We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Contractor Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will play a key role in estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of commercial and agricultural construction projects from concept through completion.
- Prepare estimates and submit project bids accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Manage labor, materials, equipment, and project resources to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to review project progress, verify quality, and proactively address issues.
- Track and manage project budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Utilize project management software and technology tools to maintain organization, reporting, and communication.
- Learn and adapt to new software, systems, and processes as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to keep schedules and budgets on track.
- Lead and support project teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial or agricultural construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience estimating projects and preparing competitive bids.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams in a general contractor environment.
- Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and programs.
- Proficiency in project management, estimating, and scheduling software.
- Understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to adapt to changing project scopes and priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
