Job description

Sales and Revenue: Drive sales goals by delivering customer service, upselling accessories, and promoting current offers.

Ear Piercing: Conduct ear piercings, explain aftercare, and maintain a sterile, safe environment.

Store Operations: Manage cash handling, process register transactions via POS, organize inventory, and handle visual merchandising.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean, updated, and attractive product displays.

Team Support: Motivate team members, share sales tips, and occasionally run the store independently.

-must be +18 years old

-required to pierce (you will be trained)

-prior register knowledge

-will receive 5-15hrs a week

-basic math for cash handling

-comfort working in a fast-paced environment
