You'll work alongside experienced ABA leaders, receive administrative support, and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while making a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.

What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Deliver caregiver training and support meaningful skill development.
• Ensure services are delivered ethically, effectively, and in accordance with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Georgia licensure or eligibility to practice behavior analysis in Georgia.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
