Responsibilities

Sales Counselor

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to sell in a team-oriented environment, develop and maintain relationships and overcome objections to close sales and achieve monthly goals. This position is responsible for achieving individual sales goals utilizing the Company's sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess 2-3 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services.
• Proven individual sales experience as a top producer.
• Basic understanding of the retirement industry and continuing care concepts is preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.

Additional requirements include:

• Ability to understand and communicate a complex product and effectively address questions and concerns during the sales process.
• Requires excellent organization, communication and follow-through skills.
• Upbeat, positive, flexible, team player with an enthusiastic personality and a high regard for integrity.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, REPS preferred.

Pay Range

USD $54,743.48 - USD $68,441.76 /Yr.
