You are a perfect fit if you:
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, product, or web development environment;
- Have a strong technical background or significant experience working closely with development teams, with a strong focus on website projects;
- Understand web and product development processes and can comfortably discuss technical topics with developers and clients;
- Have strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills, with a get-it-done mindset;
- Can provide clear guidance and accurate recommendations on project execution, planning, and scope;
- Are comfortable working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other common project management methodologies;
- Have excellent client communication skills and are comfortable leading client discussions, reviews, and workshops;
- Can translate complex technical information into clear, understandable communication for non-technical stakeholders;
- Are highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities at the same time;
- Can work effectively in a remote, distributed environment with colleagues and clients across different time zones;
- Are located within a reasonable maximum 3-hour time difference from the Central European Time Zone;
- Have Russian language proficiency;
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join our remote team. This role is a great fit for a PM who enjoys working closely with development teams and is comfortable getting into the technical side of a project – without being a hands-on developer. We’re looking for someone who can understand technical context, ask the right questions, and help both clients and internal teams move projects forward efficiently.
You’ll be a client-facing project manager first, but your technical background or close experience working with development teams will help you independently filter information, identify what matters, ask relevant follow-up questions, and communicate technical topics clearly between clients and our developers.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead client communication and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project;
- Clarify client needs, requirements, and expectations;
- Work closely with development teams to understand technical requirements, risks, and implementation approaches;
- Translate technical information between clients and internal teams;
- Proactively identify issues, dependencies, and gaps in requirements;
- Collaborate closely with PM, UI/UX, design, and development teams to keep projects moving forward.
