Job Description
The Vocational Counsellor supports adults with developmental disabilities to explore their vocational interests. Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates training plans in a variety of work settings designed to meet vocational, social and daily living goals of persons served. Delivers one on one and group activities that develop job readiness, vocational skills, and on the job training and support. Evening and/or weekend work is often required. Activities may require a moderate (higher than other program positions) level of physical fitness.
