This is a 6-month generalist internship sitting across People, Finance, and Operations at an AI-native fintech compliance platform. You will work closely with a lean team to keep critical business functions running smoothly, taking real ownership of tasks from day one.
Support recruiting by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating across active searches.
Help manage finance operations including expense matching, receipt tracking, and month-end close support.
Coordinate travel logistics for the team.
Support new joiner onboarding covering equipment setup, scheduling, and first-week coordination.
Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, vendors, and internal processes.
Take end-to-end ownership of tasks with minimal hand-holding in a fast-moving environment.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (any field).
Strong written communication skills in English.
Some experience with expense tracking, receipt management, or financial operations processes.
Some experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing, or scheduling.
Experience researching and evaluating tools, software, or vendors.
Experience with travel logistics coordination or event planning is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance, KYC, AML, or fintech operations is a plus.
A fast learner who gets things done and adapts quickly to new challenges.
Monthly compensation of 1,500 to 2,000 EUR. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
On-site in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in or able to relocate to Amsterdam for the duration of the internship.
