This is a hands-on sales internship at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building software for the commercial and industrial energy storage market. You will work directly with the founding team to drive outbound revenue growth across the DACH region and broader Europe, owning the outbound pipeline from day one.
Build direct relationships with C-level decision-makers at installers, battery manufacturers, and wholesalers.
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
Test and refine pitch angles and messaging in close collaboration with the founders.
Own and manage the outbound pipeline with full independence and accountability.
Leverage AI sales tooling and CRM automation to maximise outreach efficiency.
German at C1 level or above (native and bilingual speakers welcome) and fluent English, both are required.
A track record in B2B outbound sales, or a strong, demonstrable drive to master it from scratch.
High energy, competitive mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for reaching decision-makers and hitting ambitious targets.
Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and move fast in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
Ability to work on-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel.
Experience with modern outbound sales tooling is a plus, as is any exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage, or energy markets.
Annual salary of EUR 24,000 to EUR 26,000, plus an uncapped performance bonus. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany.
