This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations at a fast-moving, founder-led B2B SaaS company building AI-powered procurement intelligence for the industrial sector. You will own high-leverage growth loops end-to-end, moving quickly from hypothesis to prototype to scale, and contributing to company strategy while executing hands-on every day.
Identify and build the next compounding growth loop (such as supplier referrals, community effects, or embedded workflows) from concept to scale.
Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search (GEO) infrastructure, converting procurement queries into pipeline.
Concept and ship product-led wedges that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.
Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard, prototype, validate, scale, and pivot decisively when needed.
Split your time roughly 20% on strategy with founders and 80% on independent execution.
Build roadmaps and find solutions with extreme ownership, without waiting for permission.
Contribute to a collaborative, ego-free team culture that raises overall performance.
1 to 2 years of relevant product-growth, strategy, or operations experience (senior profiles may bring 5 or more years), with strong performance in demanding environments.
Proven startup experience or equivalent complexity, including a track record of building something from zero to scale.
Hands-on experience with technical SEO, AI-search (GEO), product-led growth, and organic acquisition.
Experience building and owning compounding growth loops end-to-end in a B2B context.
Background in B2B SaaS growth, ideally within industrial, procurement, or enterprise supply chain domains.
Fluency in both German and English.

Comfort with autonomy, extreme ownership, and a collaborative, ego-free working style.
Willingness to be based in Munich and work on-site at least four days per week.
