This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, working directly alongside founding leadership across product, go-to-market, and operations. You will serve as a force multiplier for the founders, helping translate strategy into execution and keeping the most important initiatives moving. Partner directly with founders to coordinate cross-functional priorities and accelerate execution across product, GTM, and operations.
Translate strategic goals into concrete plans with clear milestones and track delivery against tight deadlines.
Support founder decision-making by providing technical context and project-level insights.
Drive high-impact, end-to-end projects, continuously re-prioritizing based on what moves the company forward fastest.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt fluidly as priorities shift.
Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals, through formal training or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into actionable plans and delivering cross-functional initiatives under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating closely with founders and diverse teams.
High stress tolerance and a strong work ethic, comfortable with demands beyond a standard 9-to-5.
Recent graduate or early-career professional eager to grow quickly in a startup environment.
Willingness to be based in Stockholm and work fully on-site.
Bonus: interest in branding, design, or social channels.
Base salary of $55,000 to $80,000 USD per year, plus equity options (0.15% to 0.50%). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
On-site in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a fully in-person role.
