This is a hands-on content and brand role at a growing B2B performance marketing agency in Berlin. You will own the full brand presence, from founder LinkedIn content to video reels to sales decks, with real autonomy to shape how the company shows up across every channel. If you want to build a brand from the ground up rather than maintain one, this role is for you.
Write LinkedIn content for founders and the company account: hooks, carousels, and storylines tuned to a B2B audience.
Produce image and video content end-to-end: concept, shoot, edit, and deliver Reels, talking heads, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints including the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
Build and manage a content calendar to keep publishing cadence consistent and on schedule.
Analyze content performance, identify winning formats, and scale what resonates.
Currently enrolled as a student and available 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for 12 or more months.
Proven experience producing LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, hooks) with a clear understanding of what performs on the platform.
Fluent in German at C2 or native level.
Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent, capable of taking video from concept to final delivery.
Experience writing marketing and brand content for B2B or SaaS audiences.
Experience managing content calendars and executing consistent publishing schedules.
Ability to analyze content performance metrics and use data to guide content strategy.
Experience building brand consistency across multiple channels and formats.
Self-directed: you generate ideas, execute them, and seek feedback rather than waiting for instructions.
A portfolio or examples of content you have created, bring them.
Nice to have: experience with photography, lighting, or on-location production; background in GTM or sales enablement for B2B software companies.
