The Clinical Manager of the Lung Transplant Center is a key leader responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality care, and driving program growth. A caregiver in this role provides strategic and operational leadership across perioperative and post-transplant care, ensuring seamless coordination, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient outcomes. You will directly supervise a multidisciplinary team while serving as a key liaison between nursing, surgical, and medical leadership to drive excellence in heart transplant care.
