Akron General offers a Baby-Friendly birth facility with a comprehensive team of physicians, nurses, anesthesia experts, neonatologists and pregnancy specialists ready to meet the needs of mom and baby. As a member of this team, you will assist these professionals in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of your assigned patients. Your work can help facilitate a warm, welcoming experience for both patients and their families.
How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) variable night shifts from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. You must work 48 hours within a six-week period with weekends and one holiday per year required.
