The role
This role will focus on synthetic securitisation and Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions, advising leading global financial institutions on regulatory capital management, balance sheet optimisation and structured credit solutions. The work will include funded and unfunded synthetic securitisations, credit risk transfer structures, portfolio risk transfer transactions and related structured credit products. What you will be responsible for
The majority of our work is cross-border and international, advising banks, insurers, investors and alternative capital providers on complex risk transfer transactions. You can expect to take a lead role on SRT and synthetic securitisation matters, including structuring, transaction execution, regulatory analysis, investor negotiations and ongoing programme development. You will work closely with colleagues across Structured Finance, Regulatory, Tax and Derivatives practices to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
