Daarnaast kun je deelnemen aan trainingen via de Clifford Chance Academy en aan sociale evenementen binnen kantoor. Zo krijg je een compleet beeld van zowel het werk als de cultuur.

We adviseren en begeleiden cliënten bij fusies en overnames, herstructureringen, vastgoedtransacties en ondernemingsrechtelijke vraagstukken. Je komt in aanraking met onderwerpen als goederenrecht, ondernemingsrecht en internationaal privaatrecht.
