Binnen onze fiscale praktijk adviseren wij over een breed scala aan nationale en internationale fiscale vraagstukken. De praktijk ondersteunt cliënten en collega’s bij onder meer M&A, funds, finance, real estate en fiscale geschillen. Je werkt aan complexe zaken waarin fiscale analyse wordt ingebed in een bredere juridische, commerciële en regulatory context.
We werken nauw samen met cliënten en collega’s binnen Clifford Chance, zowel in Amsterdam als internationaal, om geïntegreerde oplossingen te bieden bij grensoverschrijdende transacties en projecten. Onze cliënten zijn onder meer private capital sponsors, asset managers, multinationals, financiële instellingen en investeerders.
De praktijk combineert diepgaande fiscale expertise met commercieel inzicht. Je leert hoe fiscale vraagstukken een belangrijke rol spelen binnen transacties, financieringen, investeringsstructuren en internationale adviestrajecten.
