Finance Manager

Clinikally is looking for a strategic Finance Manager to take ownership of financial outlays, resource allocation, and revenue assurance for our platform. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring our fiscal operations are as high-performing and precise as the clinical healthcare solutions we provide. You will lead the efforts to maintain a robust financial backbone for India’s fastest-growing digital health destination. ### **Roles and Responsibilities** * **Revenue Reconciliation:** Perform weekly reconciliation of Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders against actual bank receipts.

You will ensure 100% accuracy in the flow of funds for our extensive portfolio of dermatologist-recommended [**skincare**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/skin-care) and [**haircare**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/hair-care) products. * **Automated Payout Operations:** Lead the automation of seller payouts and marketplace fee calculations. You will streamline the financial backend to support our growing ecosystem of 250+ brand partners. * **Treasury and Fund Planning:** Conduct weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for vendor payouts and operational expenses across our expanding **wellness and clinical categories**. * **Exception Reporting and Audit:** Develop rigorous exception reports to identify unpaid orders or overcharging.

You will analyze sales trends and financial leakages for high-growth products like our [**Hyaluronic Acid serum**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-hyaluronic-skinbooster-serum) and [**Niacinamide serums**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-the-ultimate-nia-10-niacinamide-serum). * **Systems Integration:** Maintain precise accounting records in Tally and lead the ERP integration between our accounting software and custom backend to ensure data integrity across the organization. * **FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis):** Prepare monthly MIS reports and lead the annual budgeting process.

You will provide monthly forecasting for trending categories including [**nutritional supplements**](https://www.clinikally.com/collections/supplements) and **specialized cosmetic solutions**. * **Financial Stewardship:** Ensure all accounts are maintained with statutory accuracy, supporting our mission to provide transparent and accessible healthcare. ### **What We Are Looking For** * **Experience:** 4 to 6 years in a core finance or audit role, preferably within a high-growth startup or e-commerce environment. * **Technical

Skills:

** Mastery of Tally and advanced MS Excel. Experience with ERP implementation is a major plus. * **Analytical Prowess:** Ability to deep-dive into large datasets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization. * **Education:** CA, Inter-CA, or an MBA in Finance is highly preferred.
