Administrative Assistant (Electrical Team)

Responsibilities:

• Able to work 6am-2:30pm 6 days a week
• Proficient with Microsoft products: Word/Excel/Outlook etc.
• Proficient typing skills – 60 words per minute.
• Motivated to stay busy with tasks on a daily basis, a self-starter.
• Reliable transportation to make it to and from work without issues.
• Must be organized, thorough, have excellent follow-up skills.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.

This candidate will be keeping track of

• purchase requests,
• updating order status forms,
• packing slips,
• track employee time,
• provide daily safety sign in sheets,
• track OSHA recordable safety,
• create cost savings charts from data Manager provides,
• updating the Electrician & Network
• job sheets,
• create 1-on-1 meeting notes each week,
• and other assigned tasks
