About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multisite Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of 2–4 Primary Care and Immediate Care clinics in Bethesda, MD area. In this role, you will: Oversee clinical and administrative staff (Front Desk and Medical Assistants). Ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and high-quality care. Partner with the Regional Practice Manager and Regional Medical Director to align day-to-day operations with organizational goals.
This position requires full-time, on-site presence (40+ hours per week) and regular travel between assigned clinics.
