HR Intern - Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for the company.
• Manage and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Systematically update and maintain the database to ensure accurate recruitment records.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with hiring managers and applicants.
• Organize and maintain all internship-related documents systematically and confidentially.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team during company activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in Human Resources, E-commerce, and Logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and social media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Benefits & Terms

• Allowance: 200 THB / working day.
• Internship Duration: Minimum of 3 months (4 months preferred)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
• Work Location: CloudCommerce (Fastship) Head Office.
