    • Developing defence strategies and handling claims through to resolution, including litigation where required.

    • Managing subrogated recovery claims, including general commercial property losses, construction-related recoveries (including CAR and latent defect claims).

    • Handling a varied caseload of general property damage claims, public liability matters, construction and rail liability disputes, construction defect claims.

    • Supporting clients through all stages of the claims process, from initial instruction through to resolution.

    • Working collaboratively within a specialist team while maintaining responsibility for your own matters.

    • Qualified solicitor (1–4PQE), ideally with experience in insurance or construction litigation, property damage, or liability claims. Candidates do not need to have experience in all relevant areas to be considered.

    • A willingness to develop expertise in specialist areas such as insurance coverage and construction.

    • Excellent analytical and drafting skills.

    • Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.

    • Strong client relationship and communication skills.

    • A proactive and team-oriented approach.
