Technician Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Master products, services, company knowledge and customer service.
- Perform advanced mechanical, diesel, carburetor, and electrical work
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members for parts and smooth workflow
- Prefer applicants who are proficient at installing gears and lockers
- Perform motor vehicle inspections, as needed
- Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
Skills:
- You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team.
- ASE Master Certification (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills (mechanical, electrical, drivability)
- Own your tools and maintain them in good working order
- A professional, get-it-done attitude and team-oriented mindset is critical
- Ability to use shop software and a computer/tablet
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
- Can stand for extended periods of time
