This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting high-precision components and systems for aerospace, energy, and industrial applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical systems, subassemblies, and prototypes according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform precision fitting, alignment, and adjustments to ensure system functionality.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct functional tests to validate system performance.
- Identify and resolve mechanical or system issues during assembly.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and completed assemblies for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Document assembly parameters and test results per the defined processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize assembly processes and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide feedback on designs and assembly procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and calibrated as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient workplace.
